<br />Woodward-Clyde Consultants and their subcontractors will <br /> <br />participate in and provide suitable visual aids and supporting <br /> <br />materials for the public participation meetings. <br /> <br />BUDGET ALLOCATION <br /> <br />The project budget for the study allocates the available <br /> <br />funding among the various work tasks and other related <br /> <br />activities (Table 4). <br /> <br />PROJECT MANAGEMENT <br /> <br />The Denver office of Woodward-Clyde Consultants will <br /> <br />provide overall guidance to the study and will serve as the <br /> <br />point of contact for the Director of the Colorado Water <br /> <br />Conservation Board (Figure 3). Mr. Frank J. Holliday will be <br /> <br />Principal-in-Charge of the study. Dr. John C. Halepaska will <br /> <br />serve as project manager. Dr. Timothy D. Steele, as study <br /> <br />coordinator, will oversee the execution of the several study <br /> <br />tasks.
