It <br />also should be determined what needs will exist for the system once <br />the river returns to normal low flow conditions. Therefore, an <br />analysis of the existing real time monitoring systems should be made <br />and if the requirement exists, a plan designed for addition to, or <br />enhancement of the existing systems.
