I <br /> <br />When a state publishes reports or takes any action <br /> <br />which may affect the plans or objectives of other states, the <br /> <br />affected states and the Western States Water Counc; I staff <br /> <br />should be furnished copies thereof. Request for basic data and <br /> <br />supporting information should be initiated by the state needing <br /> <br />the data or information. <br /> <br />3. I .2 <br /> <br />The request for the exchange of basic data and support- <br /> <br />ing information should be coordinated through one state agency. <br /> <br />3.1.3 <br /> <br />The name, official position, address and telephone number <br /> <br />of the designated state office wi I I be forwarded to the Western <br /> <br />States Water Counci I staff. The staff wi I I prepare a consoli- <br /> <br />dated list of designated offices and distribute cooies to all <br /> <br />states through the states' member of the Executive Committee, <br /> <br />Western States Water Counci I. <br /> <br />3. I .4 <br /> <br />The type of reports and actions which should be sent to <br /> <br />other states and the Western States Water Council staff includes <br /> <br />but is not I imited to copies of the fol lowing: <br /> <br />3. I .4. I <br /> <br />Summaries of current and long-range estimates of <br /> <br />various types of water needs and usable water resources. <br /> <br />3. I .4.2 <br /> <br />Planning schedules for developments of al I large <br /> <br />scale interstate and interbasin plans and projects. <br /> <br />6. <br />
