The Environmental Protection Agency, U.S. Park Service, <br />Bureau of Land Management, U,S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Soil <br />Conservation Service, Colorado Historical Society, and Colorado <br />Division of Wildlife assisted as cooperating agencies by informally <br />reviewing preliminary information. <br /> <br />Abstract: This docUT1ent considers the environmental Impacts <br />associated with the construction of a dam and reservoir near Taylor <br />Draw upstream from the town of Rangely, Colorado. The docunent was <br />prepared as part of the Corps of Eng i neers penni t process under <br />Section 404 of the Clean Water Act 03 U.S,C. 1344).
