During the consultation and <br /> <br />comment period, one or more public information forums will be held, <br /> <br />during which departmental representatives will explain the tentative <br /> <br />rates and criteria, answer questions concerning them, and receive <br /> <br />comments from interested persons. The forum will be conducted by a <br /> <br />chairman who will be responsible for orderly procedure. Questions <br /> <br />which cannot be answered by departmental representatives at the <br /> <br />forum will either be answered at a subsequent information forum, if <br /> <br />one is held, or answered in writing at least 15 days before the public <br /> <br />comment forum described in paragraph 7 below. The number of such <br /> <br />forums will depend upon the size of the power marketing area of the <br /> <br />project, the number of power customers, and the degree of interest <br /> <br />shown. A transcript of each forum will be made, and copies of the <br /> <br />transcript, of all documents introduced, and of the written answers <br /> <br />to questions will be available on request for a fee. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />7. Public comment forum. Not less than 60 days after the <br /> <br />issuance of the press release, a public comment forum will be held <br /> <br />for the primary purpose of permitting interested persons to submit <br /> <br />written comments or" make oral presentations of their views and comments. <br /> <br />It will be conducted by a chairman who will be responsible for orderly <br /> <br />procedure.
