I Annual Report For 1967 The preliminary report of the Credentials Committee showed a quorum present. Harry Nevius moved the temporary organization be perfected and made permanent. \\!endeIl Hopkins. seconded the motion. Motion carried. The following oral reports were given: President's report by Harry C. Nevius. Superintendent' 5 report by William Howland. Attorney's report by Robert Rogers. Colorado-Kansas Compact Commission report by Lane Hackett. Auditor' 5 and Treasurer's report. by Leo Poll art. The Final report of the Credentials Committee was: "We, your Credentials Committee, do find and report as follows: Outstanding Stock Shares represented in person Shares represented by proxy 34,662.045 8,830.87 17,952.~9 Total Shares represented 26,783.16 That the shares represented in person and by proxy constitute a quorum for the transaction of business, That a list of the Stockholders present. those represented by proxy and the proxy holders thereof, is attached hereto. The report of the Assessment Committee was: "WE, the Committee on Assessments, do recommend the leVJ' immediately of the following assessments: An assessment of $3.00 per share, payable as follows S1.50 due April 1, 1967 and delinquent May 1, 1967; $1.50 due September 1, 1967 and delinquent October 1, 1967. This Committee recomrne-nds the passing of the following resolution: "Be it resolved, that the Stockholders authorize the Board of Directors to borrow from the Wichita Bank for Cooperatives or any other bank, funds necessary to take care of aIlJ' major damage or emergencies on the ditch or structures of the Amity S;rstem caused by noods, or for any other reason unforeseen to us, you, the committee and the Stockholders.' , The motion to adopt this was made by Leo Pollart.
