F\irtioipants <br /> <br />will be Henry C. Vidal and Gail L. Ireland, Denver, for Colorado, and Edward F. <br /> <br />!Tn and Roland H. Tate, representing Kansas, with Warden L. Noe serving as <br /> <br />speoial counsel for Kansas. <br /> <br />Mr. Patterson said that the oommission's draft of a Colorado-Kansas <br /> <br />oompaot. whioh will be oompiled when all evidenoe and statistios are in and <br /> <br />evaluated, will be reviewod publioly at a series of hearings, and then presonted <br /> <br />to the two state legislatures with the reocmnnendations that the paot be enaoted <br /> <br />into law. <br /> <br />--30-- <br /> <br />. <br />
