engineers besides those connected ~ith the Reclamation Service

who h~ve made comprehensive studies of the Colorado River, and who

do have very definite ideas as to the proper development of that

river. I thinlc it is due the Commission that they hear those en-

gineers, get those facts; I do not interpret further-more the
