<br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
<br />
<br />President Nichols declared a quorum present and opened the meeting by asking if there
<br />were any corrections or alterations to the minutes of the JlUluary 18, 1968 meeting as
<br />distributed. Director Christy a'sked about the item regarding the approval of Lamar,
<br />and stated he could not identify the fact that they were obligated to pay Interest. Young
<br />moved, seconded by McCurdy, that the words "applicable Interest rates" be Inserted
<br />between the words ""onditions and mutually". Motion unanimously carried. Tbe min-
<br />utes were then approved as corrected.

<br />TREASURER'S REPORT;
<br />
<br />General Manager Thomson read the financial statement in the absence of Treasurer
<br />Shoun, who was unable to attend the early part of the meeting, and after reading in
<br />detail the statement for the period January 18 - February 15. 1966, Ciruli moved,
<br />seconded by Christy, that the financial statlment be approved as read, Motion unani-
<br />mously carried.

<br />ANNUAL AUDIT:
<br />
<br />General Manager Thomson was requested to read the 1967 Annual Audit item by Item,
<br />whieh was accomplished. Director Purvis requested a clarification as to the term
<br />"appropriated" versus "unappropriated". CPA IUld auditor Peterlln advised that cer-
<br />tain Items have been .ear-marked for specific purposes, while others are assigned to
<br />
