The Uncompahgre Valley Water Users in conjunction with the BaR <br />have started their livestock winter water replacement project. <br />They are about half done. Two plans are currently being developed that will require <br />DASCO approval. They will exceed the $100,000 on farm <br />limitation. <br /> <br />B.
