Call to Order <br /> <br />After noting that there was a quorum, the business meeting was <br />called to order by Chairman, Eugene Neblett, at 8:30 a.m., April <br />11, 1979, in the Cactus Room of the Airport Ramada Inn, Phoenix, <br />Arizona. Self introductions were made by the members and alternates. <br />A list of the attendees is included under PART C-l of the minutes. <br /> <br />2. Announcements <br /> <br />There were no announcements. <br /> <br />3. Approval of Minutes <br /> <br />The Chairman entertained a motion that the minutes of the 79-1 meet- <br />ing be approved. It was so moved, seconded, and approved by voice <br />vote. <br /> <br />4. Executive Subcommittee Report <br /> <br />Mr. Laren D. Morrill, Deputy Director, Colorado Water Conservation <br />Board, Chairman of the Executive Subcommittee, reported on the <br />actions taken at the Executive Subcommittee meeting which was held <br />during the afternoon on April 10. The minutes of the PSIAC Execu- <br />tive Subcommittee are in PART C-2 ATTACHMENTS. <br /> <br />Actions by PSIAC on recommendations of the Executive Subcommittee <br />were as follows: <br /> <br />A. Approval was given to the recommendation that the PSIAC <br />decline the invitation of the Pacific Northwest River Basin Commis- <br />sion to meet jointly in Boise, Idaho on September 12 and 13, 1979. <br />The Chairman was asked to thank the PNRBC, explain the reason for <br />declining and that possibilities be explored for a joint meeting <br />in the near future. <br /> <br />!/ This draft of minutes was prepared by the Acting Executive <br />Secretary, Bernard Smith, Department of Energy, Federal <br />Energy Regulatory Commission, San Francisco, California, <br />and will be referred to the Committee for approval at the <br />79-2 meeting, September 6, 1979. <br /> <br />B-1 <br />
