This was an <br /> <br />all-time record for that month. <br /> <br />Fort Randall and Gavins Point releases will be near the present <br />level of 61,000 cubic feet per second (cfs) throughout October. Releases <br /> <br />at these projects will be reduced temporarily if downstream rains threaten <br /> <br />to cause the river to exceed flood stage. Lewis and Clark Iake will be <br /> <br />held near elevation 1208 feet above mean sea level.
