<br />.', <br /> <br />,', <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />PLAN FOR THE PROPAGATION OF THREATENED AND <br /> <br />ENDANGERED FISHES OF THE UPPER COLORADO RIVER 6l\SIN <br /> <br />Lee Mills <br /> <br />U.S. Fish and wildlife Service <br /> <br />INTRODUcrION <br /> <br />The signing on January 21 and 22, 1988, of the Recovery Implementation Program <br /> <br />for Endangered Fish Species in the Upper Colorado River Basin (Recovery <br /> <br />Program) set into motion a series of recovery actions necessary to protect and <br /> <br />recover three fish species listed as endangered: Colorado squawfish, humpback <br /> <br />chub, bony tail chub, and one considered so rare as to warrant consideration for <br /> <br />listing - the razorback sucker.
