The parties to this asreement in concept are the San Juan <br />Watex- COIIllIlission ("S.1WC"), the Anilllas-La plata Water Conservancy <br />District ("ALPWCD") , the ute Mountain ute Indian Tri.be, the <br />Southe:rn Indian Ute Indian Tribe (referred to collectively as ("the <br />Tribes"), and the La Plata Conservancy District (New Mexico). The :revised project wll.l include a reduced reservoir at <br />1ti.dges Basin with a storage capacity of 260,000 acre feet and a <br />smaJ.ler capacity pumping plant at the cu=ently proposed location. <br /> <br />3.
