7 shall implement power operating criteria for Glen Canyon
8 Dam that will ensure that Glen Canyon Dam is operated in a
9 manner consistent with this Act.

(2) a report describing the power operating crite-

ria and other measures taken to protect, mitigate ad-

verse impacts to, and improve the condition of the en-

(d) COSTS OF PREPARING ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT
