Compliance with minimum vacant space <br />requirement of Hoover Dam Flood Control Regulations <br />Bureau of Reclamation's monthly assessment, in cooperation with <br />the Work Group, of July-September excess water releases and <br />system recovery potential and proposed revisions to excess water <br />releases for October-December <br />Continued Work Group development and evaluation of AOP for coming <br />water year <br />September Work Group submittal of recommended AOP for coming <br />water year to Basin states and Secretary of the Interior <br />Federal/state September meeting on Recommended AOP <br /> <br />OCTOBER-DECEMBER <br /> <br />October Secretary of the Interior advises Congress and <br />Governors of Colorado River Basin states as to projected AOP for <br />current year. AOP to consist of, at least, the following: <br />1. Declaration of river and water supply conditions <br />2. Beneficial water use decisions <br />3.
