A motion was made that the minutes are to <br />contain: <br /> <br />Action items, motions, and resolutions <br />Summarize reports - use bullets <br />Attach presentations <br /> <br />The motion was SECONDED and APPROVED. <br /> <br />Chairman McIntosh will send a letter to the State of Colorado. <br />A meeting could/should be held in Colorado in the near future. <br /> <br />Registration fee for this meeting will be $5.00. The cost for <br />coffee, etc. will be less than $60.00. Ms. Houchens, AR, <br />reported that we have enough registrants, thus, no meeting room <br />charge. <br /> <br />U.S. Army Corps of Engineers reorganization was discussed. <br />Administrative Committee member volunteers are to draft a <br />resolution to address: <br /> <br />Concept of effective management is good <br />Coordinate with state and federal agencies as <br />partners <br />Consider local needs <br /> <br />AWRBIAC draft directory, as prepared by Charles Armstrong, was <br />circulated for additions and corrections. <br /> <br />A MOTION was made that the Annual Report include minutes, five <br />minute reports, updated lists of hosts, chairmen, and the <br />Charter (not the directory). The annual report is to be <br />prepared each fall by the outgoing Chairman and distribution <br />made as appropriate. The motion was SECONDED and APPROVED. <br /> <br />The next (128th) meeting will be in Tulsa, Oklahoma, October 16, <br />17, & 18, 1991. The meeting will be with the Western States <br />Water Council. The exact time and dates of the AWRBIAC meeting <br />will be coordinated with the new Chairman. <br />
