Shafer <br /> <br />New Mexico <br />Southwestern Power <br />Administration <br />Oklahoma <br />Corps of Engineers <br /> <br />Mike Melton <br />Bill Pearson <br /> <br />Guests present: <br /> <br />Steve HcIntosh <br />Curtis Patterson, LA <br />Pris Houchens, AR <br />Tony Bagwell, TX <br />Brooks Gallman, BOR <br />Fred Munsell, SWPA <br /> <br />Hissouri <br />Richard Hoppers, EPA <br />Robert Cantrell, USDA-SCS <br />Terri Sparks, OK <br />Charles Armstrong, C.of Eng. <br />Charles Michael, MO <br /> <br />Minutes of the October 1990 Administrative Committee meeting <br />were approved. <br /> <br />Minutes of the AWRBIAC were discussed and changed as noted in <br />the Master Copy: <br /> <br />First change is on the second page 3, "Bill Pearson. <br />Corps of Enaineers", was added to the beginning of the <br />fourth paragraph which begins, "The Corps has always <br />" <br />... . <br /> <br />Second change is on the second page 4, "Randv Youna. <br />Arkansas was added to the beginning of the fourth <br />paragraph which begins, "I think without question...". <br /> <br />The minutes were approved as corrected with New Mexico voting <br />"No" on approval, due to the length of the minutes. <br />
