This <br />will be an open process continuing throughout the planning procedure as called <br />for by the CEQ regulations for identifying significant and insignificant <br />environmental issues related to the proposed action. The team will analyze <br />the input from the scoping process and select those issues deserving study in <br />the environmental report.
