Would need to review Mountain Plover <br />issues. <br />· Pueblo Reservoir Enlargement- Cultural resources at Swallows, the pictographs and <br />1448 other historical information including the old Arkansas Valley pipeline should be <br />documented. Bald Eagles and Peregrine Falcons may nest in the cliffs in the west end of <br />the reservoir. There are no endangered fish at this time, the Arkansas Darter is being <br />considered. Flood elevation changes should be documented. If within the structure <br />would be a maintenance project permitted under Nationwide permitting authority. <br />Wetlands in the west would be affected. <br />· Turquoise Enlargement- Wetlands issues would need to be documented, T&E issues <br />including Lynx and the Greenback Trout should be investigated.
