LOCATION: Along the White and Yampa River Basins in northwest, Colorado.

~: The multi-purpose project would be extended by the addition of
Sweetbriar Reservoir to increased the municipal and industrial
water supply, while maintaining the project acreage as under
the recommended plan, Units 1 and 2. Principal features added
in Unit 3 would be: Sweetbriar Reservoir, located on the South
Fork of the White River, and the White River Canal which would
divert from the South Fork of the White River and terminate at
its junction with the Josephine Basin Canal.
