Synthesis Report describing research findings is under development <br /> <br />. February 1999 - Environmental Baseline updated for use'in RiverWare <br />model of the San Juan River <br /> <br />. May.19Q9 - Flow recommendations finalized <br /> <br />. May 1999 - BiologiCal Opinion allowing a 2nd Minor Depletion Account <br />in the amount of 3,000 AF approved <br /> <br />. July 1999 - Navajo Indian Irrigation Project Biological Assessment for <br />project completion is concurred in by U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service. <br />Finds that 120..500 AF of new depletions "may affect, not likely to <br />adversely affect endangered fish" <br /> <br />. One of the two razorback sucker rearing ponds completed in 1998 <br />was washed out in the summer of 1999, will be rebuilt in 2000 <br />
