July 1999 - Navajo Indian Irrigation Project Biological Assessment for <br />project completion is concurred in by U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service. <br />Finds that 120..500 AF of new depletions "may affect, not likely to <br />adversely affect endangered fish" <br /> <br />. One of the two razorback sucker rearing ponds completed in 1998 <br />was washed out in the summer of 1999, will be rebuilt in 2000 <br />
