F. during the summer seasons of any ten consecutive years; and provided <br /> <br />further that the oombined diversions or all ditohes in Hater Distriot 67 <br /> <br />in any ten oonseoutive years shall not exceed averages of 16,000 A. F. in <br /> <br />April or September; 27,000 A.F. in Mayor August; and 37.000 A.F. in June <br /> <br />cr July, ~ it being understood that diversions in winter months, though in- <br /> <br />cluded in the total Colorado diversions for purposes of comparison with <br /> <br />the divertible and usable Stateline flows entering Kansas, shall be ignor- <br /> <br />ed in conneotion with the limitations in sumner months herein specified; <br /> <br />and that departures frQll the said average monthly sOhedule, though expect- <br /> <br />ed by reason of variations in climatic oonditions and in water supplies and <br /> <br />irrigation needs, shall not exoeed the said average monthly quotas by more <br /> <br />the.n ,5 peroent in anyone summer month, or more than 25 peroent in any two <br /> <br />oonseoutiw sUlIllller months., or more than 15 peroent in any three oonseoutive <br /> <br />sumner months. <br /> <br />18.
