Total Stateline Flow. <br /> <br />Total state line flows entering Kansas oonsist of and are measur- <br /> <br />ed as the sum ofl (a) Arkansas River at Holly; (b) Wild Horse Creek at <br /> <br />Holly; end (0) oontributions betv.een Holly and the stateline, among whioh <br /> <br />are tributary inflows, including surfaoe runoff, as via Cheyenne Creek; <br /> <br />and regulation, seepage and other return flows, principal among whioh is <br /> <br />the Holly drain at its outlet in Cheyenne Creek near the Stateline. <br /> <br />During the pre-Caddoa 1908 to 1942 period, total stateline flows <br /> <br />including flood waters varied from 30.900 A. F. to l"4I,,OO A.F. and aver- <br /> <br />aged 278,600 A.F. annually. The figure of 260,700 A.F. annually cited in <br /> <br />the Opinion, as the 1908-19,0 average, is in fact the average annual State- <br /> <br />-l111.e-flowduring -1900 to-19,8; <br />
