They will neoessarily aC- <br /> <br />crue most largely to Colorado and to thos e di tohes nearest Caddoa whose <br /> <br />diverted supplies are most largely subject to regulation by the projeot. <br /> <br />However, some regulation benefits will also accrue to ditohes further down- <br /> <br />stream in Colorado and Kansas. But because troir diversions inc lude larger <br /> <br />proportions, and at times consist wholly, of tributary" inflows, return <br /> <br />flows and accretions to the river that are not susceptible of regulation <br />
