Report returned to OCE in 1967. As part of the Canadian <br />River General Investigation, a reconnaissance level study was made. The study <br />terminated and negative report was given in 1976; however, because of economic <br />development in the flood plain, a reconnaissance level investigation was com- <br />pleted in November 1983. The report recommended termination of studies (See <br />item 63). <br /> <br />DESCRIPTION: (TD) Survey-scope study of the advisability for extension of <br />existing Oklahoma City Floodway upstream for a distance of 7 miles to the <br />vicinity of Lake Overholser. <br /> <br />SPONSOR: Oklahoma City Planning Commission, Oklahoma City Metropolitan Chamber <br />of Commerce. <br /> <br />45 <br />
