These withdrawals include all urban domestic use, <br /> <br />manufacturing, governmental, commercial, and other related purposes. <br /> <br />This figure does not include withdrawals associated with rural <br /> <br />domestic, livestock, power generation, or mining activity which are <br /> <br />treated separately in this chapter. <br /> <br />The urban domestic needs are supplied primarily by municipally <br /> <br />owned and operated systems.
