The estimated <br />total Federal appropriation requirement is $l37,OOO,000 based on July 1975 <br />prices. The difference between the project cos~which is the amount used <br />in economic studies on the projec~ and the appropriation requirement includes <br />costs furpreauthorization studies and costs funded from advances by'the <br />State of Colorado and the Lower South Platte Water Conservancy District <br />in aid of construction. The appropriation requirement is $2,595,000 under <br />the current appropriation ceiling for the unit.
