The dependable flow of the Arkans~s River and its <br /> <br />tribut~ries has been fully utilized during the ~rowing season, April <br /> <br />1 to October 3l, for irrigation and for other water uses. Flood flowe <br /> <br />have been conserved to Borne extent by mesne of storage.
