Mailing At least two weeks prior to the Water Administration Tool meeting <br />described below, prepare and mail a letter describing the agenda and objectives of the <br />meeting. Include the document developed in Task 20, Final Users Manual, and a <br />list of information to be brought to the meeting (special projects, etc.). <br /> <br />21.3. Prcscntation Present the final Water Administration Tool at each western slope <br />Division office. The presentation is expected to focus on enhancements since the first <br />meeting such as key software updates, the call cunailment / relaxation model, and for <br />division 5, the depletion model, For budgeting purposes. assume two CRDSS <br />munagement representatives will be on-site at each meeting to assist and that the <br />presentation will require onc 8 hour mceting at eaeh westcrn slope Di,'ision l,fIice <br />(total of four 8 hour meetings). Also, as described and budgeted in Task 29. RTi <br />Managcmcnt, assume one soliware developer will be on site ut the lirst mceting. <br />Work with individual commissioners 10 update WaleI' Information Sheets and reso!\'c <br />questions. Prepare a memorandum containing approximately 4 pages of text that <br />describes software performance, revisions to Users Manual. software revisions. and <br />meeting attendees. <br /> <br />21.4. Follow Up Within the budgeted amount for this Subtask, tollow up the District <br />Water Information Workshcet implementation meeting by phone to resolve <br />outstanding issues. This task will allow that information to be assembled into a Water Right <br />Administration Tool Developers Manual, similar to that developed in Phase II. <br /> <br />Approach: <br /> <br />22,1. Draft Outline Develop an draft 2-4 page outline and memo for the Water Rights <br />Administration Tool Developers Manual, The outline should include both major <br />sections and subsections.
