Division Contact Once a month, contact each western slope division otllce to <br />discuss progress, upcoming data needs, potential special project worksheets and basin <br />administration issues which might influence the design and implementation of the <br />Water Administration Tool. Visit each division office in person once every 3 months. <br />Prepare] -2 page memo per basin per month describing contact and results. <br /> <br />15.2. Testing Test up to three versions of the Water Administration Tool as it is <br />developed up to Task 13, Prcliminar:v Users Manual. Review the Draft and Final <br />Preliminary Users Manual(s). Prepare 2-4 page memo per model version describing <br />the Administration Tools ability to meet the objectives of the SCOpe and division <br />personnel. <br /> <br />15.3. District Mailing At least two weeks prior to thc District WaleI' Information <br />Worksheet meeting described below, prepare and mail a letter describing the meeting <br />agenda and objectives. Include the draft user manual developed in Task 14, and a list <br />of information to be brought to the meeting (key structures, river mile location of <br />each, regional lag/loss data, computer (?), etc.). <br /> <br />15.4. District Implementation Conduct a District Water Information Worksheet <br />meeting for each water commissioner in the western slope (4, 5. 6 and 7). For <br />budgeting purposes, assume two CRDSS management representatives will be on-site <br />at each meeting to assist and that the implementation will require one 8 hour meeting <br />at each western slope Division office (total of four 8 hour meetings). Also, as <br />described and budgeted in Task 29, RTi Management, assume one software <br />developer will be on site at the first meeting. Present the Water Administration Tool <br />and its operation on a sample water district. Work with individual commissioners to <br />implement a Water Information Sheet in each district and resolve questions. Prepare <br />a memorandum containing approximately 4 pages of text that describes software <br />performance, revisions to Users Manual, software revisions, and meeting attendees. <br /> <br />15.5. District Follow Up Within the budgeted amount for this Subtask, follow up the <br />District Water Information Worksheet implementation meeting by phone to resolve <br />outstanding issues. <br /> <br />15.6.
