Current construction cost, estimated from preliminary design information, is
$9,213,000. This estimate is subject to the affects of inflation, permit
and regulatory delays subsequent to the application for construction approvals,
and final design criteria established upon more extensive site investigations.

Estimated annual cost of operation, maintenance, safety inspections, etc. is

from $30,000 to $50,000. These costs are subject to the affects of inflation
and changing regulatory requirements.

, Construction of the reservoir facilities would be performed by a qualified
construction contractor, utilizing skilled craft personnel of the various
kinds required for earth handling and construction work. Opportunities for
employment of local residents would exist, although the number of workers,
distribution of craft categories, and duration of work cannot be determined
at this time, nor can the value of those materials and services obtained

-- -- --lo-callY-b-e-determi necr-aCtllisTime.

A portion of the operating and maintenance costs would be expended locally;
however, no estimate has been made.

1390

2.
