August 1, 1973 --- Issue OBERS User Guidelines which discuss the use of OBERS data in planning activities. Assessment guidelines will be developed under the guidance of the NPA Committee and will be included in the 1975 Assessment Handbook; additional guidelines associated with other planning activities will be developed under the guidance of the Policy and Procedures Committee. 3. August 1, 1973 --- Issue Supplement A to the current 1972 OBERS Report which provides C series population and industrial earnings projections to 2020 for Standard Metropolitan Statistical Areas (SMSAs). 4. August 1, 1975 ___ Issue Supplement B to the current 1972 OBERS Report which provides C series population and industrial earnings projections to 2000 for non-SMSA components of BEA economic areas. 5. August 1, 1973 ___ Issue Supplement C to the current 1972 OBERS Report which provides C series population and industrial earnings projections to 2000 for non-SMSA components of Water Resource Subareas. 6. February 1, 1974 --- Issue Supplement D to the current OBERS Report which provides projections based upon E series population projections to 2020 comparable to the 1972 OBERS Report. 7. January 1, 1977 --- Issue 1977 OBERS Report which updates and replaces the 1972 OBERS Report and Supplements A, through D to that report. Pro- jections to be provided for years 1980 through 2030 using improved metho- dologies to be developed and documented between now and January 1, 1976 (See Item 3 on page 2). \l~ \.~
