The first <br />three stations listed in Table 1 represent over 90 percent of the <br />flow into Lake Powell. As has been the case for a nUiaber of years, <br />flows belo\'! Davis Dam were limited to meeting the consillllptive use <br />requirements of the United States ai1d the Hexican \'later Treaty <br />delivery requirements. <br /> <br />Table 2 shows changes in storage for the Colorado River Storage <br />Project reservoirs and Fontenelle Reservoir in the Upper Basin, and <br />the major Lower Basin reservoirs in water year 1973-74.
