Monthly summaries of

these flows for the study period are presented in Appendix B.

.

The tributary inflow was prorated between the Middle San Juan River basin
(45.0%), the Lower Navajo River (45.2%), and the Lower San Juan River basin
(9.8%) tributary segments based upon the tributary drainage basin size and mean
basin elevation. Monthly summaries of these flows for the tributary segments
during the study period are presented in Appendix E.

.

.

San Juan River above Confluence with the Navajo River

Historic flows of the San Juan River above the confluence with the Navajo

River were estimated as the sum of the flows at the San Juan River at Fagosa

Springs and Rio Blanco Below Blanco Diversion Dam gaging stations and the

Middle San Juan River tributary inflows. These flows have averaged approxi-

mately 324,600 acre-feet per year during the study period. Monthly summaries

of these flows are presented in Appendix B.

.

.

Navajo River at Mouth

Historic flows of the Navajo River above the confuence with the San Juan

River were estimated as the sum of the flows at the Navajo River at Edith

gage and the Lower Navajo River tributary inflow. These flows have averaged

about 108,800 acre-feet per year during the study period. Monthly summaries

of these flows are presented in Appendix B.

.

-13-

.

',~ ;,;.2;_
