**Amendment. Motion by Kansas, Second by Texas, Carried
Unanimously: Implementation of Alternative 2 will
not proceed until the General Contractor and the
Corps of Engineers have reached a consensus with the
State of Nebraska concerning Nebraska reservations
about Alternative 2.

The routes identified in Council Resolution No.8 as 2,3,4 and 5 respec-
tively were later redesigned as Routes A,D,B and C (in a north to south
geographic relationship) and are so classified in following discussions.
