The ,combined impaetof the USDA onfarm irrigation <br />improvement program, the BR Irrigation Hanagement Scheduling program, and the <br />BR land retirement and exchange program, and other efforts have been very <br />successful 'in' improvi.ng irrigation water 'use. The program shoul.d succeed in <br />reducing drainage return flows to, the goal of 108,000 acre-feet per year by <br />1987.
