Assooiate members include Secretaries of Housing and Urban Development <br />and Commerce. The Office of Management and Budget is an observer. <br /> <br />HYDROLOGICAL SUBREGIONS <br /> <br />ARIZONA <br /> <br />Illustration 3 <br /> <br />COORDINATION AND ADMINISTRATION <br /> <br />The Water Resources Council has the responsibility to assure that participation of <br />the member agencies in the Comprehensive Basin Planning Program is accomplished <br />in an orderly, efficient, and coordinated manner. <br />The Great Basin Comprehensive Study is under the general guidance of the <br />Pacific Southwest Inter.Agency Committee (PSIAC), the Coordinated Planning Sub. <br />committee of PSIAC, and the State.Federal Inter.Agency Group (SFIG).
