State Jurisdiction -- protects the State of Colorado's <br />jurisdiction and responsibility with respect to fish and wildlife <br />within national forests in Colorado. <br /> <br />SEC. 104. Administration of Wilderness -- directs the Secretary to <br />administer the newly created areas in accordance with the Wilderness <br />Act and this Act. <br /> <br />SEC. 105. Hunter-Fryingpan -- deletes the provision of law which <br />created the Spruce Creek Wilderness Study Area, since that area is <br />designated as wilderness by this Act. <br /> <br />SEC. 106. Colorado wilderness Act Amendments -- deletes the provision <br />of law which created the wilderness study and further planning areas <br />in Colorado since those areas are designated as wilderness or national <br />recreation areas, or are released for multiple-use by this Act. <br /> <br />SEC. 107. BLM wilderness Study Areas -- deletes the provision of law <br />which created those BLM Wilderness Study Areas contiguous to Forest <br />Service Study areas which are designated as wilderness or national <br />recreation areas, or are released for multiple-use by this Act. <br />
