<br />. <br /> <br />reconunendations of potential sources of permanent water supplies that can be <br />utilized to conjunctively serve recreation and wildlife needs in John Martin <br />Reservoir, Trinidad Reservoir, and the Great Plains Reservoirs, as well as <br />provide options for storage or operations of augmentation water [0 facilitate <br />solutions to ground water pumping depletions. Preferred alternatives are to <br />be reported to the full ARCC for further consideration. <br /> <br />Future of the Committee <br /> <br />The committee presented its positions to the Colorado Water Conservation Board in <br />Lamar, Colorado, on September 7, 1995. Co-chairs Hal Simpson and Chuck Lile announced <br />that they expect to convene a future meeting of the ARCC in December, 1995, after <br />considering responses to the 1996 Use Rules, results of the next meeting with the Special <br />Master in the Kansas v. Colorado case, and after Kansas submits its brief in November on <br />its position with respect to damages. <br /> <br />23 <br />
