Preferred alternatives are to <br />be reported to the full ARCC for further consideration. <br /> <br />Future of the Committee <br /> <br />The committee presented its positions to the Colorado Water Conservation Board in <br />Lamar, Colorado, on September 7, 1995. Co-chairs Hal Simpson and Chuck Lile announced <br />that they expect to convene a future meeting of the ARCC in December, 1995, after <br />considering responses to the 1996 Use Rules, results of the next meeting with the Special <br />Master in the Kansas v. Colorado case, and after Kansas submits its brief in November on <br />its position with respect to damages. <br /> <br />23 <br />
