The transmission <br /> <br />facilities being provided by the Pacific Power and Light Company in <br /> <br />Wyoming, make the 115 kv. Craig-Sinclair transmission line originally <br /> <br />included in the Modified C.R.S.P. transmission system proposed by the <br /> <br />Bureau unnecessary, and it is understood that this line will be <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />eliminated. The Bureau now plans to'build a 230 kv. transmission <br /> <br />23 <br />
