The AWRBIAC shall, whenever proper, and normally after ad hoc com- <br />mittee consideration, assemble and present information on federal and state <br />laws and policies having a bearing on basin development and interagency <br />problems. <br /> <br />b. The consideration of state laws and the appointment of ad hoc com- <br />mittees for this purpose shall be initiated only upon the request of the <br />re.presentative of the affected state. <br /> <br />ARTICLE X - BASIC DATA COLLECTION <br /> <br />Section 1. Basic Data and Research <br /> <br />As the need for new research, intensification of research, or the collec- <br />tion of basic data on regional problems becomes apparent, AWRBIAC should make <br />recommendations to member agencies and so advise WRC through Committee action. <br /> <br />ARTICLE XI - CRANGES AND AMENDMENTS <br /> <br />Section 1. Changes and amendments to these Articles shall be made as needed <br />to adapt procedure to the tasks of the Committee and shall be submitted in <br />writing to all representatives 30 days in advance of the meeting, at which <br />adoption shall be determined by majority vote of the entire membership of <br />AWRBIAC. <br /> <br />10 <br />
