<br />fish departments are provided copies of preliminary:investigation
<br />reports for proposed projects that may include the purpose for which
<br />they have a primary responsibility.. ~[hen water development for fish
<br />and wildlife appears feasible and acceptable to local sponsors, those
<br />agencies also participate in the development of the work plan.
