On December 31,1995, Ihe eontent of Elephant Bulle Reser- <br />voir was 2,040,200 acre'feet and no release was being made, Releases began January 2, 1996 and were <br />in excess of the eurrent demand on Projeet Storage from January 2 through Mareh 2 and on March 5, <br />Releases from Caballo Dam began on January 12 and were in excess of the eurrent demand on Projeet <br />Storage on January 12, 13. and 14 and intermillently from January 19 through February and March, Most <br />of the release from Elephant Bulle in exeess of the demand was stored in Caballo Reservoir.
