On May 18, 1960, the Secretary 0 the Interior announced a
power marketing criteria and an all-Fede al "yardstick"transmission
system for the Colorado River Storage roject. This marketing cri-
teria established delivery points for proj ct power which are shown
as triangles on the all-Federal "yardstic " map.
