10 River Basin. We are, at our January 1977 Board meeting, going

to invite state, Federal, wildlife personnel in positions of

management responsibility, to discuss mitigation and other areas

of apparent disagreement between us. We hope that the Bureau of

Reclamation will participate by sending top eschelon personnel

to our expert in the field. Gentlemen, thank you for the oppor-
