Purposes of a Reallocation Reoort. Whenever a reallocation is <br />contemplated, a reallocation report must be prepared. This report <br />can vary in length depending upon the magnitude of the change and <br />the issues encountered. The purpose of the report and the topics <br />to be discussed, however, are as follows: <br /> <br />a. Identify and quantify the new use and userj <br /> <br />b. Evaluate the impacts on other project purposes and userSj <br /> <br />c. Determine environmental effectsj <br /> <br />d. Determine the price to be charged the new userj and <br /> <br />e. Determine appropriate compensation, if any, to existing <br />users/beneficiaries. <br />
