<br />4-18 <br /> <br />Chapter 4 - Reallocations <br /> <br />9. Recommendation. (Example) Based on the findings in this <br />study and the Environmental Assessment, it is recommended that <br />5,000 acre feet of storage in the Burke Lake Dam and Reservoir <br />project between elevations 300.0 and 350.5, feet M.S.L. be made <br />available for reallocation from the conservation pool to municipal <br />and industrial water supply. This would satisfy the needs of the <br />city of Springfield, Virginia and the surrounding other small water <br />suppliers in the region. <br /> <br />Date <br /> <br />( name) <br />Rank, Corps of Engineers <br />District Engineer <br /> <br />10. Appendices. (Appendices should include the following: <br /> <br />a. S. C. <br />4121); <br /> <br />b. Letters and views of other Federal, state and/or local interests affected by the <br />reallocation including the documentation of the "Opportunity for Public Review and <br />Comment" required by Section 5 of Public Law 100-676, the Water Resources <br />Development Act of 1988, (102 Stat. ~:022, 33 U.S.C. 2312); and <br /> <br />c. Reports prepared by consultants and/or other Corps offices concerning various <br />aspects of the reallocation effort.) <br />
