A de-
finite plan report was completed in June 1971 and revised in January 1972.
A draft environmental statement was" released and filed with the Council on
Environmental Quality in August 1972. Because of changes in the plan,
costs, and benefits the draft environmental statement and the definite
plan report are being revised with the statement scheduled for completion
in October 1976 and the report in June 1977.
