(February <br />1974-January 1975) Work elements to be undertaken in this activity are listed below. <br /> <br />. Nal'igatioll (Corps of Engineers (CE) with Maritime Administration (MARAD))- <br />1975, 1985, and 2000 OBERS-related inland commercial navigation requirements <br />for selected ASA's. <br /> <br />j <br /> <br />. Hydroelectric power (FPC with USDI)-1975, 1985, and 2000 OBERS-related <br />hydroelectric power generation requirements for each ASA. <br /> <br />, <br />.c \ <br />I <br /> <br />. Recreation (USDI)-1975, 1985, and 2000 OBERS-reJated recreation days and <br />water and related land surface area use requirements compared against 1975 <br />surface supplies for each ASA. <br /> <br />. Fish and wildlife (USDI)-1975, 1985, and 2000 OBERS-related fishing and hunt- <br />ing demands plus related surface area requirements compared against 1975 <br />supplies for each ASA. Instream flow requirements for tish and wildlife use <br />ex tracted from existing studies or estimated from historic stream flows. <br /> <br />. Erosion (USDA)- J 975. 1985, and 2000 OBERS-related erosion (average annual <br />tons) for each ASA based upon the alternative agricultural production and land <br />use conditions. <br /> <br />. Draillage (USDA)-1975, 1985, and 2000 OBERS-related projections of acres <br />drained for each ASA based upon alternative agriculture production and land use <br />conditions. <br /> <br />. Flood damages (USDA, CE)-1975. 1985, and 2000 OBERS-related tlood damage <br />estimates for each ASA for the central-case assumption of current (1975) level of <br />t100d plain regulation held constant. <br /> <br />Agency Responsible: Indicated in the description above. <br /> <br />Act/l'ity Two: Compilation of Celllral-Case Nonl'olumetric Projections for Regiollal <br />Spot/sors.
